Role Description1LM is seeking a Project Support Officer (PSO) professional to deliver administrative support to project teams installing and maintaining IT systems in Australia and internationally for Government clients.The PSO will regularly engage with the installation teams, corporate finance and the Project Management Office (PMO) to provide integral support including onboarding, travel coordination, conducting simple procurement, drafting documentation, financial project tracking and participating in the planning of IT installation across domestic and overseas sites.The PSO will work with the Program Director and the International and Domestic Project Team Leads to produce regular reports and other project documentation.
The PSO will also coordinate training, certification and accreditation of project staff and contractors.The PSO will also assist the Program Director and Project Team Leads with resource allocation and tracking.Individual RequirementsBe able to work collaboratively in a team environment.Have strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Be resident in Canberra.Hold a current Australian Government security clearance of NV1 or higher.Be willing to undergo police record and background checks.This is a long-term engagement (3+ years), offering significant job security.
