We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our team at Entertainment Konnections.
As the Store Manager, you will oversee all store operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage staff.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Supervise and motivate a team, oversee staff rostering, ensure efficient workflow, and assist with recruitment and training.Sales & Customer Service: Lead by example to provide outstanding service, handle complex customer queries, and drive store sales.Operations: Oversee daily store operations including stock management and store presentation.Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, including receiving and recording deliveries, and stock ordering.Qualifications & Skills: Experience with device repair is desirable, but not necessary.Proven experience in a retail management role.Strong leadership and communication skills.
Organised and detail-oriented.Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Computer literacy is essential.Be part of a supportive and friendly team in a well-established local business.Supplementary Pay: Performance bonus.Job Type: Full-time
