Afternoon Warehouse Supervisor

As an experienced leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless receiving, picking, processing, and delivery of customer orders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee warehouse staff: Foster a culture of efficiency and teamwork by motivating and guiding the team to achieve exceptional results and customer satisfaction.
* Manage order workflows: Ensure timely and accurate deliveries by coordinating with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager.
* Supervise stocktakes: Maintain inventory accuracy and uphold HACCP and food safety standards across operations.
* Train team members: Develop training initiatives to ensure adherence to quality and safety protocols.
* Coordinate logistics: Oversee vehicle maintenance, driver runs, and liaise with external logistics providers for smooth fleet operations.
* First Aid Officer: Manage related responsibilities and act as a first point of contact for any emergencies.

Requirements:

* Licence: A valid forklift licence is required.
* Familiarity with protocols: Familiarity with HACCP and food safety protocols is highly desirable.
