This role will also see you coordinate contractors where required and ensure all machinery and equipment is maintained in optimal operational condition.
A friendly sociable personality coupled with empathy and compassion for the elderly will make you a perfect fit for this role.
What will you bring to the role? Maintenance and/or Trade qualification (desirable).Previous experience and knowledge in general and commercial maintenance.Previous experience managing contractor relationships is highly desirable.Demonstrated ability to work from manuals and drawings.Demonstrated problem solving and a "can do" attitude.Exceptional people and interpersonal skills.Well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Strong decision-making and time management skills.Ability to work as part of a team but also be capable of working autonomously.Who is Southern Cross Care Queensland?
