As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Account Manager E-commerce to join our dynamic team. This key role will help drive our e-commerce business forward while managing key client relationships and improving operational efficiency.Role OverviewAs the Account Manager E-commerce at Vadain, you will be responsible for managing existing Business to Business relationships with key clients and overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations. You will take the lead in setting up international Business to Consumer projects.You’ll work closely with both international and local teams to generate new business opportunities, optimize processes, and enhance customer service. You will play a pivotal role at the intersection of business and technology, utilizing your knowledge to drive sales, ensure client satisfaction, and support the company's growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategies to increase online sales, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer service.Analyze data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.Prepare and present reports summarizing performance, market insights, and improvement recommendations to senior management.Monitor and evaluate competition to identify market trends and areas for differentiation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ICT, marketing, operations) to ensure successful execution of e-commerce projects.Coordinate marketing campaigns that drive sales and increase brand visibility.Develop and manage budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.Troubleshoot and resolve customer service issues in a timely and satisfactory manner, ensuring a seamless customer experience.Support the implementation of new technologies and tools that enhance operational performance.Maintain compliance with industry regulations and best practices.Work alongside the General Manager in Australia and liaise with the head office in the Netherlands to align on strategy and objectives.RequirementsEducation: University-level education (Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field).Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in account management within an e-commerce environment, ideally in the retail sector.Proven experience onboarding and managing large clients both online and offline.Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights from data.Deep understanding of e-commerce best practices, trends, and customer buying behaviors.Familiarity with the interior design industry and an ability to connect with key players in the market.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong listening and presentation abilities.Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Strong problem-solving skills, especially in addressing customer service issues and operational challenges.Experience with e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, and CRM systems is a plus.What We OfferA varied and challenging role with a high level of independence.The opportunity to shape a newly created position within a growing and innovative company.A supportive and enthusiastic team environment.Competitive salary and benefits.The chance to make a significant impact in the Australian and international markets.Why Join Us?At Vadain, we value innovation and are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for professional growth.
