You will provide leadership in program delivery, ensuring quality control, assurance, and governance are upheld in all aspects of tram network maintenance.This position requires strategic alignment with DTP's Asset Management Strategy, ensuring maintenance and renewal plans support the Department's long-term infrastructure goals.Program Management – Demonstrate leadership in program delivery, control and governance, to ensure the Franchisee's compliance with the MR5 Franchise Agreement.Asset Management – Demonstrate expertise in asset condition assessment and asset system life cycle management. Lead the development, review and improvement of tram asset information including condition, criticality, value, remaining life and performance.Strategy - Lead the planning and prioritisation activities associated with maintenance and renewal works, through annual plans and strategies.Stakeholder Management - Engage and work collaboratively with key internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to negotiate and influence decisions at executive level, both internally and externally.Leadership – Provide effective leadership and support and lead in a dynamic and constantly changing environment.
