Administrative Officer - Corporate Support ServicesJob no: 891345Work type: CasualLocation: Adelaide CBDCategories: Administration, Business and Management Women's and Children's Health Network, Corporate Administrative Services, North Adelaide (5006) Salary - Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $ $30.01 - $32.28 per hour + 25% casual loading Employment Casual – Term Contracts - Multiple Positions Being Offered About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Corporate Services team as a Administrative Officer, where you will be responsible for: Providing accurate, confidential, and timely data entry and management of referrals on the Statewide Referral Management System (SRMS) and the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
Supporting the Central Bookings Referral team within the Women's and Children's Health Network.
Performing a range of administrative duties to support business deliverables.
Participating in project and audit work as directed by management.
Undertaking more complex administrative duties and decision-making tasks in coordination with the Manager, Corporate Support Services.
Working autonomously to ensure the efficient execution of role responsibilities.
About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience in providing a confidential reception, secretarial and administrative support service.
Experience in dealing with a wide range of staff and organisations whilst ensuring the highest quality of service is provided.
Effective communication skills and ability to work with empathy, a diverse range of people, display courteous/polite manner, express a genuine willingness to help patients, staff, relatives and general public.
Sound working knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems, including, competent keyboard and data entry skills.
Demonstrated initiative, good organisational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently, as part of team and to function in and promote a multi-disciplinary team approach.
