About the role An exciting immediate start role with an industry-leading organisation currently exists in order to fill a key role in their team.
This Commercial Contracts Administrator role will support the Head of Property & Development with all property acquisitions, disposals, leasing, compliance and regulatory matters to support the department.
Initially this will be a short-term contract role, however there is the opportunity for extension.
The responsibilities Your main duties will include; but are not limited to: Read through and analyse contract terms, interpreting as required Deliver end-to-end lease and property management services, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, contractual requirements, policies and processes Assist in various financial-related tasks, taking a proactive approach Provide assistance and guidance to both internal and external stakeholders as necessary Rent calculation and review, rent collection, and arrears recovery Working closely with the Manager and the wider finance team with ad-hoc projects when required.
The successful applicant Ideally, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as your ability to interact and engage cross-functionally within the business will be crucial to your success.
Additionally, you will have a keen attention to detail, be "hands-on" and feel confident working within a large and dynamic organisation.
