Job Description Stay up-to-date with industry standards and share your knowledge with clients in a clear and simple way. Manage client portfolios and guide them through the entire accreditation process, from start to finish. Be the main contact for clients and assessors, offering helpful support via phone and email to make their experience easy. Help create clear and accurate accreditation reports. Keep track of important documents and details to make sure everything runs smoothly. Work with a fun team to get all tasks done efficiently. Manage your tasks, meet deadlines, and keep things on track with a positive attitude. Build good relationships with clients, making them feel supported and appreciated. Handle compliance and complaints in a proactive and friendly way. Keep everything organized, making sure client records and documents are easy to find. Suggest new ideas to make the accreditation process better. Provide friendly customer service, answering questions and helping clients. Represent the company at events with energy and enthusiasm! The Successful Applicant A strong understanding of accreditation processes and industry standards (if you're already familiar, that's a bonus!).
