Romsey VIC, is proud to announce the opening of its new aged care residence. As Client Services/Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for residents and their families.
About the Role
The Client Services/Concierge plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth admission process into residential aged care. This includes maintaining communication with waitlisted residents and their families, facilitating tours of our beautiful Romsey home, and providing a sensitive and consumer-oriented approach during this challenging time.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining satisfactory occupancy levels across all residences.
* Liaising with key stakeholders, including hospitals, ACAP, social workers, medical practices, and age care placement agencies, to maximize bed occupancy.
* Organizing and scheduling appointments with potential clients to showcase requested residences.
* Facilitating and organizing admission paperwork and ensuring assessments are up-to-date.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
* Excellent customer service delivery skills.
* Able to develop and maintain professional relationships with relevant agencies and internal/external stakeholders.
* Able to delegate and prioritize tasks, being results-oriented.
* Demonstrated experience in the coordination and delivery of administrative services in a health, community, or residential aged care setting.
* Knowledge of financial requirements for admissions into an aged care facility.
* Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
