We are looking for an enthusiastic customer service professional with strong attention to detail and administration skills to join our fun and vibrant team to support the provision of the Capricorn Mutual product. The Mutual protection product is kind of like insurance, but different. Think of it as an alternative to insurance to meet the unique needs of our members!
The Risk Services Officer is the first point of contact for our Members and the role includes:
Delivering excellent customer service.
Receiving inbound calls.
Providing protection quotes.
Making changes to Members’ protections and policies.
Providing administrative support to the sales team.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, creative problem-solving abilities, and previous customer service and administration experience.
Essential skills and experience
Proficient with Microsoft office suite.
Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
Ability to empathise with Members.
Excellent time management.
Ability to re-prioritise tasks throughout the day to meet competing demands.
Previous experience in a customer service related role.
