Home > Jobs > Evening Quality Assurance AdministratorEvening Quality Assurance AdministratorJob DescriptionEvening Quality Assurance AdministratorRemote Work6pm - 10pm Tuesday to Saturday3+ months workImmediate StartDutiesIn this role you will process feedback which has not been automatically sent to the client partners for processing.This will require an eye for detail and ensuring that feedback is only sent to a client when it meets quality assurance standards.You will prioritise feedback received from third-party service providers.After 7pm there will be no requirement to make or receive calls.Emails should not be sent after 8pm at night to Members or Clients – however, emails should be prepared in draft for the morning team to send.At the end of the shift, you will leave handover notes for the morning team.Skills and KnowledgeTo be successful in this role, you must be able to multi-task, have a can-do positive attitude, actively look to always keep yourself busy and have a passion for excellent service.Two years' experience of working from home, along with a professional 'office set-up' is essential.Excellent administration skills are essential – along with attention to detail and data entry skills.Be tech and IT savvy. #J-18808-Ljbffr
