About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
* Write clean, maintainable, and efficient test scripts for web application testing.
* Leverage Selenium/Java for additional test automation tasks, as required.
* Perform regression, functional, and performance testing.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders to ensure quality delivery.
* Investigate test failures, log defects, and perform root cause analysis.
* Maintain and improve existing test frameworks and automation tools.
* Provide regular status updates and reports on testing progress and results.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience with Playwright for end-to-end test automation.
* Proficient in Cypress and Jest for testing web applications.
* Experience with Selenium and Java for automated testing.
* Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating test automation.
* Experience with cloud technologies and version control systems (e.g., Git).
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
* Relevant certifications in automation testing are a plus.
