We have an exciting opportunity for a customer-centric, enthusiastic and commercial Regional Manager to lead our NSW and ACT store teams.
Reporting to the Head of Retail Sales, our Regional Manager is a Seafolly and JETS brand ambassador who is committed to leading their stores to succeed in every area of the business.

You will:
* Lead a customer centric service culture, driven to empower women to feel their most confident
* Coach, lead, and develop store teams on delivering premium service standards including fit expertise and product knowledge
* Drive a high performing sales culture that is motivating and encouraging
* Use commercial acumen to report on and analyse sales data, providing action-oriented insight
* Manage cost control in accountable areas
* Ensure excellent store visual merchandising and housekeeping standard are maintained
* Develop an understanding of the customer profile and best sellers in each store within your region to enhance effectiveness of product feedback and marketing opportunities
* Create an environment of trust, transparency, motivation and accountability by effectively balancing management and leadership behaviours
* Recruit, train, and develop a high calibre of talent within your state
* Pioneer our flagship and newly opened JETS stores
* Manage our wholesale visual merchandisers for key accounts
* Collaborate and innovate with the retail leadership team and key stakeholders
* Represent the Head of Retail Sales in key Support Centre activities and during leave periods
You have:
* Multi-site manager experience
* High level of initiative, strong attention to detail and an ability to problem solve
* Commercial acumen
* Proven track record in developing high performing teams
* Natural genuine and hands on leadership, customer service and coaching ability
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proven ability to work well under pressure. Able to handle large volume of tasks and work to deadlines
* Ambition to progress
* Current drivers license and ability to travel to locations such as Canberra and Central Coast
