QualificationsBachelor of Human Resources or similar qualifications.A true HR generalist with prior experience as a coordinator or executive.Demonstrates passion for learning, is curious and finds opportunities to educate about L&D and T&C practices as well as digital techniques to bring new ideas to the hotels.Communicates positively with body language, written and verbal communication, demonstrates positive orientation building a strong positive brand.An effective communicator that is able to deliver a clear message to a diverse team.A creative problem solver and has the ability to genuinely connect with others.Previous experience in hospitality/hotel environment (preferred).Strong attention to detail, organisational skills & ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to operate with honesty, integrity & professionalism at all times.
