Your Role
As an Assistant Educator, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning environments and building strong relationships with families, children, and colleagues. Lead Educators will work closely with our leadership team to develop educational programs that support children's learning and development.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Monday to Friday availability
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Play-based Child-led pedagogy
* Current Working with Children Check
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Experience with Storypark is a bonus
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
