Job Summary: As the Electrical Sales Manager, you will support and train the Australian sales team. You will identify end users, track opportunities in the renewable energy sector, manage existing distributors, and appoint new distributors in the electrical market. You will demonstrate and train distributors and customers, attend trade events and exhibitions, complete sales reporting, address product issues, and provide regular updates on competition and industry trends. In this Role, your Responsibilities Will Be: Sales management in the electrical business. Work closely with the Australian sales teams. Look for business opportunities. Conduct demonstrations and training. Meet sales targets and objectives. Who You Are: You build strong customer relationships, focus on customer needs, and earn customers' trust. You offer tool solutions that help drive customer safety and efficiency. For this Role, You Will Need: Minimum of five years managerial experience with a proven successful track record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, polished through interacting with large corporates. Strong project management and organizational skills. Electrical Engineering experience and solution selling is desirable. Knowledge and experience in the energy markets. Skilled in English reading and writing. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Preferably tertiary qualifications - degree or equivalent. Proven experience in selling to the professional services, government, and/or other commercial sectors. Strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Established experience in holding meetings at all levels, including senior managers, and translating their business needs into complete solutions. Successful track record in B2 B face-to-face consultative selling. Enjoy training and demonstrating product, converting quotes and orders to sales. Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Excellent in delivering insights and recommendations.
