Journey Early Learning is seeking an enthusiastic, passionate, and experienced Assistant Centre Manager to join our team in Sale, providing the highest quality care and education for our children.

About the role
As Assistant Centre Manager, your main focus is to support your Centre Manager daily and when required step into this role. You will work as part of the Senior Leadership team to ensure the smooth running and efficiency of the centre operations for all our children and their families.
Your main responsibilities will include:
1. Ensure a high level of health & safety standards are maintained at all times
2. Provide administration support to the Centre Manager as directed
3. Support the running of the Centre including occupancy, ratio management and centre operating expenses
4. Work collaboratively with the enrolments team and conduct onsite tours
5. Engage with families and the community and coordinate events
6. Manage rosters and social media
7. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you
As the Assistant Centre Manager, you are passionate about childcare, proactive and enjoy leading from the front.
1. Strong team leadership experience
2. Experience as an Assistant Centre Manager, or equivalent leadership experience
3. ACECQA-approved Diploma in Children’s Services or bachelor’s degree (Early Education)
4. Understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
5. Current Valid Working with Children Check
6. Current First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis Certificates
