We are seeking a dedicated Front Office Duty Manager to join our vibrant team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support the rooms division team, including receptionists, concierge, reservations & leisure attendantsRespond to guest enquiries, requests and complaints promptly and professionallyEnsure smooth and efficient reception service and proceduresMonitor room availability and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teamsAssist in managing reservations and room assignments, using PMS OperaAssist with rosters, training and mentoring team membersEnsure the property presentation is maintained to a high standardMaintain a safe environment for staff & guestsCollaborate with other departments to respond to incidents and emergenciesWhat you'll need to be successfulFull availability and flexibility to work day and afternoon shifts on a rotating roster between approx 6am-11pm, incl.
weekends & public holidays eg.
