The position: In this strategic management role, you will lead a high-performing, complex healthcare organisation that was a finalist in the Premier's Medium Health Service of the Year.
You will provide values-driven leadership and develop and maintain a positive and just culture which is innovative, cost-effective, and responsive to community needs, under the direction of the Board of Directors.
The successful candidate will be accountable to the Bairnsdale Regional Health Service Board of Directors for the overall performance of BRHS, while simultaneously delivering the 2022 - 2026 strategic goals.

The Organisation: BRHS provides a comprehensive array of healthcare to the East Gippsland community.
BRHS has a workforce of approximately 950 staff and with recently embedded Strategic, Service and Master Plans, this is an evolving time for the organisation providing great opportunity for change, innovation, and service development.
Key requirements: Appropriate tertiary and post-graduate qualifications including evidence of a personal and professional commitment to the application of learnings.
At least 5 years' significant senior executive management and demonstrated knowledge, expertise, and experience in all areas of health and people management practices.
