Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervision: Oversee general operations and ensure the smooth running of all activities.
2. Assembly and Installation: Assemble products and provide installation services on-site as required.
3. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues on-site efficiently.
4. Site Management: Handle general construction site duties, including setup and excavation of footings.
5. Delivery Management: Coordinate timely management of site deliveries local and interstate. Develop relationships with the freight partners.
6. Inventory Management: Oversee booking freight, container unloading, stock allocation, and inventory system updates.
7. Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service for order pickups and maintain strong client relationships.
8. Safety and Maintenance: Maintain facility layout and ensure compliance with OH&S policies to guarantee a safe work environment.
Skills and Experience:
9. Trade Experience: Mechanically minded with significant trade experience.
10. Leadership: Mature, driven, and capable of working autonomously with a high standard of personal performance.
11. Customer Service Excellence: Outstanding interpersonal skills and a dedication to exceptional customer service.
12. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
13. Communication: Proficient in verbal and written communication.
14. Travel and Mobility: Ability to travel to various job sites, including interstate travel maybe required.
15. Licenses and Certifications: Current Victorian Driver’s Licence is essential. Forklift licence and First Aid Certificate are desirable.
16. Physical Capabilities: Competent in manual lifting tasks and the use of hand and power tools.
