Overview:
We are seeking an experienced SAP Instructional Designer/Trainer to develop training documentation and deliver effective training programs for SAP Supply Chain Management/Manufacturing modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Instructional Design:
* Develop and structure comprehensive training programs for SAP Manufacturing systems
* Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify training gaps and define clear learning objectives for various user groups
* Design learner-centered training materials that are engaging and effective, including eLearning modules, manuals, guides, and interactive content
* Apply adult learning principles to ensure the content is relevant, accessible, and effective for the intended audience
* Create and implement assessments and evaluations to measure learner progress and training effectiveness, adjusting content as needed based on feedback
Training Delivery:
* Delve in-person and virtual training sessions tailored to different learner profiles (groups/ one on one)
* Facilitate hands-on training at the warehouse site, providing users with real-world, practical application of SAP systems
* Conduct post-training support sessions, ensuring smooth system implementation and addressing any performance gaps or challenges post-training
Requirements:
* Strong background as an SAP Instructional Designer/Trainer
* Must have knowledge across SAP Manufacturing/ Supply Chain modules
* Experience in SAP QM and MM would be highly regarded, along with experience in the FMCG industry
* Experience delivering training both in-person and virtually, with the ability to adapt delivery style to suit different learner needs
* Comfortable with shift-based training, including morning, evening, and night shifts
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
* Ability to quickly adapt and deliver high-quality training in a dynamic environment
