Using a targeting approach this role will gain maximum participation within NAB AFL Auskick and school programs, and support the transition of participants into community club environments, while promoting inclusive, respectful and safe environments.This role is primarily based in the field in schools and local Auskick centres and clubs.Day in the lifeAssisting with the implementation of AFL Tasmania’s participation programs – including: Auskick, Superkick, NINES and school programsLiaising with local clubs, Physical Education Teachers and school leadsAssisting with establishing campaigns to help provide participants a connection with their local junior clubImplementing regional action plans, ensuring targeted delivery of programs for maximum participation impactAdministering AFL program databases, contact records and reporting as requiredCoordinating resource and equipment orders and stock for programs as requiredConducting AFL Auskick/Superkick and junior/senior club football promotions from time to timeAssisting with the implementation of all abilities, inclusion, multicultural and indigenous programs, and eventsAssisting with office operations and administration supportAssisting with AFL match day requirements at Ninja StadiumOur ideal team member will haveExperience working with children and young people.
