The Role We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, people-focused Business Operations Manager (BOM) - Moreton Bay. This role will be directly reporting to the General Manager Operations and is designed to provide leadership and guidance as you oversee the management of a group of 12 facilities to achieve or exceed agreed results.
In this essential leadership role, you'll drive financial and strategic operational plans, maintain high-value relationships, and identify growth opportunities. This role calls for a highly motivated professional with strong leadership skills, a passion for customer service, and a demonstrated history of achieving financial and operational success.
About You You will demonstrate a successful track record in marketing, sales, contract compliance, and effective management of key stakeholders, including the community, Councils, and Belgravia to drive success.
Inherent in the role is the commitment to ethical practices, to foster strong team motivation and reinforcement of the partnership values. To be considered for this role, you will be a seasoned and professional manager, who leads with vision and energy, with extensive experience in commercial/business management, preferably from within the leisure, fitness, aquatic, or facility management sector.
