Responsibilities: Coordinate TTIs Modern Slavery Program and draft TTIs Annual Modern Slavery Statement. Work with Directors, Legal, Sourcing & Procurement to finalise necessary approvals & actions. Develop due diligence systems to ensure all risks are captured & managed. Work with Global Sourcing & Procurement teams to align global governance into local practice. Inform, advise and embed processes relating to the Government's proposed changes to the Act. Oversee & lead the Ethical Supply Chain Steering Committee, ensuring strategic targets are met. Ensure data & reporting is accurate, validated and presentable for audit. Develop & embed TTIs Sustainable Procurement Framework for Australia & New Zealand. Review & provide suggestions for improvements, if needed, on Policies & Supplier Code of Conduct. Central in managing supply chain risk assessments, and the high-risk areas of focus. Develop & oversee supplier self-assessment questionnaires, and report on progress. Work with suppliers on identified non-conformance and drive improvements. Train & educate internal & external stakeholders on programs, risks and opportunities. Directly responsible for completing Customer questionnaires relating to Human Rights. About You You will have strong knowledge and understanding of modern slavery including the application and interpretation of legislation for the 2018 Modern Slavery Act in addition to the following attributes: Strong understanding of procurement activities & processes with an in-depth understanding of supplier risk analysis and supply chain mapping. Understanding of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Human Rights. Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to collaborate, plan, manage and deliver sustainability programs of work to tight deadlines. Stakeholder and data mapping, together with an ability to work cross-culturally or geographically to deliver outcomes. Tertiary qualifications, preferably in environmental or sustainability studies.
