The role will focus on helping team members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate, ultimately guiding teams to meet their delivery goals.A key aspect of the role will be building a high performing team culture to ensure delivery outcomes are achieved and sustainable, and that productivity increases as the team evolves.The Scrum Master will provide capabilities for several National Lifeblood solutions provided for Federal and State based health agencies that have significant change and development programs both underway and planned. This role may require after-hours support on a rotating roster basis.Sound interesting? Here's what we are looking for:3+ years' experience working in an Agile environment (preferably SAFe).Experience working with an ICT vendor providing application development services to external customers.Demonstrated experience and understanding of service catalogues, service levels, and operational level agreements.Ability to lead and coach application development scrum teams to deliver outcomes, through application of agile values, principles, and practices.Ability to conduct all Agile ceremonies (Iteration/Sprint Planning, Stand-ups, Showcases, Retrospective, etc.) ensuring they are productive and have clear outcomes.Experience undertaking business analysis activities (requirements elicitation, process mapping, story creation, etc.).Excellent stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong leadership and coaching skills.Experience using Atlassian and/or Azure DevOps tools and workflows.This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a hybrid working environment based out of our Processing Centre in Melbourne. However, we are open to candidates from other locations within Australia. You may be required to work after-hours on a rotating roster, so some flexibility is required.
