About the Role:
We are currently seeking a permanent part time suitably qualified Spa Receptionist to provide quality, warm and friendly service. Using only Australian plant based / natural skincare and health supplements, Spa Lucca offers a complete wellness experience. Remedial and relaxation massage modalities combined with Body therapies including Himalayan body scrubs sit amongst the luxurious menu offerings. Duties include but will not be limited to:
1. Represent Spa Lucca to the highest standard in person, over the phone, and via email.
2. Managing day to day bookings
3. General spa upkeep and stock management.
4. Provide support and assistance to the therapists throughout the day.
5. General cleaning duties
This is a part time position, offering around 15-30 hours per week and requires availability to work on Friday and Saturday as well as a range of shifts across the rest of the week.
About You:
With a passion for all things health, beauty and skincare, you will be a customer service orientated team player with a demonstrated background in administration, reception, or coordination. You will have high grooming standards and will pride yourself on giving our guests the 5-star luxury experience they have come to expect.
If you are already a qualified therapist with a Diploma in Beauty Therapy, you may be utilised for treatments when required at the therapist award level. Certification required - Current First Aid and CPR.
