As the Payroll & HR Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of payroll while maintaining compliance with company policies and government regulations.

Job Description
Process and review fortnightly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain payroll records, including timesheets, deductions, and tax information.
Verify and reconcile payroll-related data, such as benefits, overtime, and bonuses.
Handle payroll adjustments, such as wage garnishments, direct deposit changes, and salary modifications.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
Draft employment contracts and manage onboarding documentation.
Track probation reviews and follow up with relevant departments.
Generate monthly HR/payroll reports and manage employee data entry.
Maintain workers' compensation records and liaise with external providers as required.
Provide general HR administrative support across the business.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate for the Payroll and HR Coordinator role brings extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing along with a high level of attention to detail.
Your ability to interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, coupled with your knowledge of Fair Work Australia legislation will be key to your success in this role.
Strong communication skills are essential as you'll be handling sensitive information confidentially.
Extensive experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
Ability to interpret Awards, Enterprise Agreements, and knowledge of Fair Work Australia legislation.
High level of attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience working with complex payroll and ERP systems.
