Goodyear. More Driven.About the RoleReporting to the HR Director ASEAN and with a dotted line to the General Manager ANZ, you will be the go-to person for all HR-related matters. You will play a critical role in developing, building and driving our people strategies, ensuring alignment with our company's overarching goals & objectives.Whilst this role is not part of the Executive Leadership Team directly, you will have a seat at the table during their weekly meetings to ensure that people related matters & initiatives are on the agenda.This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a hands-on, end-to-end HR management role, while leveraging the resources and expertise of our regional and global Centers of Excellence (COEs).Key Responsibilities:People Strategy: Develop, build, implement and embed people strategies to align with business goals & measure ROI.Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees alike.Talent Management: Implement and manage local talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.HR Policy Implementation: Ensure that global and regional HR policies are effectively communicated and embedded at the local level, adapting as necessary to meet local requirements.Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance across all HR activities.Learning & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate with regional L&D teams to deliver relevant programs.Compensation & Benefits: Work closely with regional teams to manage local compensation and benefits, ensuring alignment with global standards.Talent Acquisition: Implementing and embedding global and regional TA strategies locally, ensuring they align with business needs and culture.What You Won’t Be Doing:Recruitment: End-to-end recruitment activities are managed by our regional Talent Acquisition (TA) COE.About YouAs a seasoned HR professional, you bring proven expertise in managing the entire HR lifecycle. You are an agile and proactive problem-solver, adept at navigating challenges with a positive, can-do attitude.
