About the Role
We are seeking a Suitably Qualified and Experienced Project Manager to support legislative reform projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop a project plan outlining key milestones and deliverables.
* Review existing project management practices and products, recommending new ways of working to enhance productivity and timely outcomes.
* Undertake a fitness for purpose review of previous and existing project management practices and products.
* Consult with the team to understand existing ways of working and assess areas for improvement.
* Recommend software or applications to support updated practices and products.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in project management, ideally in a legislative context or complex policy projects.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
* Ability to consult with stakeholders, test solutions, and support the adoption of new processes and practices.
* A relevant project management qualification is desirable.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
