An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Mechanic to join the team at McRae Motors. We are a multi franchised motor dealership, servicing Nissan, KIA, GMSV, Holden, Ineos and Malibu Boats in the Albury - Wodonga area.
We are currently looking to employ additional members to join us as 1st year apprentices. This is a 4 year apprenticeship position.
We will consider apprentices who are looking for a change and may have already been employed as an apprentice.
This role includes:
1. Assisting and learning from current qualified technicians in servicing of vehicles and ensuring repairs are being carried out efficiently and accurately.
2. Cleaning work areas as required.
3. Perform mechanical diagnosis, repairs and service of vehicles in conjunction with qualified technicians.
4. Undertake study at relevant TAFE for duration of apprenticeship.
