Due to their continued success and growth, multiple permanent positions are available for excellent customer service officers based on the Gold Coast. Your new role As a customer service officer, you will play a crucial role within the business. You will be responsible for: First point of contact, handling incoming calls and providing information to families, carers and others Discussing options and providing customer service Advising on services for short- and long-term care solutions Database management Handling confidential information About the position: Full time rostered hours between Monday - Friday 7am - 10pm and Saturday 9am - 4pm Rotating roster provided in advance You will be required to conduct a national police check. Training and support is provided. What you'll need to succeed To be successful you will have: Excellent customer service with the ability to build and maintain relationships with an array of demographics and individuals Intermediate to advance computer skills with the ability to manage multiple software platforms A high level of attention to detail and accuracy Impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal A willingness to learn, take direction and build your career What you'll get in return You will receive a permanent role on the Gold Coast with a fantastic team culture who offer full training and support.
