We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in supporting our Accounting operations, providing an excellent opportunity for someone who is proactive, adaptable, and eager to grow within a dynamic office environment.
Responsibilities
* General Administrative Support
* Accounts & Administration support
* Maintain effective and efficient hard and soft filing systems
* Completing ad hoc tasks as required
* Assist Directors and Senior staff with bookings for travel and orders as required
* Managing emails, mail and ordering systems
* Assist with Marketing Materials
* Team support
What we're looking for
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail
* Experience with Xero accounting software is a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to take on a variety of tasks
* The ability to work independently and as part of a team
