The RoleJoin Our Team as an IT Business Analyst (BA)Toll Group IT is excited to be recruiting a Business Analyst (BA) to join the Toll Government and Defence IT Team. Reporting to the Head of IT Solutions you will deliver IT project initiatives. You will be responsible for defining business requirements during the project discovery stage to ensure these outcomes meet the business strategy, within the applicable timeframes and budget parameters.Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as the liaison between the business, IT and Project teams, you are to elicit, develop and document the business requirements as well as process maps. This includes collaborating with the business users and stakeholders to recommend and assess innovative IT solutions, develop the business case and obtain project sign off.A day in the life of a Business Analyst at Toll Group:Lead business requirements workshops and document business/system processes.Participate in solution design and project delivery, including change requests and continuous improvements.Translate business requirements into specifications and manage data collection, mapping, conversion, and migration.Analyse business data to provide insights and propose solutions to address challenges.Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure customer requirements and business impacts are considered.Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, Pre-Production Planning, and manage change processes.About You:QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Technology or Business or a related disciplineExperienceExtensive experience working as Business AnalystPrevious experience working with systems ERP, warehouse and transport management in a 3PL or supply chain logistics.Strong process modelling and business analysis skills, with a good understanding of accounting and management reporting.Excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with business stakeholders, internal IT teams, and external vendors.Experience in both support and project environments, with the ability to anticipate issues and mitigate proactively.Comfortable working autonomously in a dynamic environment, being resilient and flexible to adapt to constant change.What moves you?At Toll, you can help play a vital role in delivering what matters.
