About the Role
We are seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Field Service Technician to support our growing team in Western Australia.
Based in Perth, you will be responsible for providing ongoing post-sales support to customers of our medical devices and instrumentation equipment.
Key Responsibilities
* Installation, commissioning, validation, and servicing of In Vitro's medical equipment and product portfolio
* Diagnosis and repair of mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment pertaining to said portfolio
* Conduct preventative maintenance and break-down repairs at customer sites
* Customer liaison and reporting of equipment servicing and breakdown support
* Maintaining safe work environments and following safe operational practices
* Maintaining and reporting on spare part holdings, inventory, and usage
* Safety & Regulatory compliance
About You
* Electrical, Electronics trade, or Mechanical trades with a Disconnect/Reconnect Licence (or willing to obtain)
* Experience with Hospital CSSD equipment - Instrument washers, sterilisers, and endoscope reprocessing
* Experience working within a quality-certified environment covering electric, pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical equipment types
* Customer-service focused and willing to engage with key accounts
* Technically astute with the ability to communicate technical concepts in a clear and educational manner
* Willing to be 'on-the-road' and hands-on where required
* Current WA drivers Licence
* Be able to attain a police check & attain a working with children's check
