Your Opportunity:
As a contractor to Plena Healthcare, you will provide high-quality mobile dietetics services to Residential Aged Care facilities. Your responsibilities will include:
Helping to improve nutrition and hydration systems in residential aged care homes
Completing menu and mealtime reviews
A commitment to continuous improvement and contemporary best practice
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
Completing reports accurately with good time management and attention to detail
Show initiative, work independently and be willing to represent dietetics in a professional manner
To best support our customers, you will need:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Dietetics
Current DA registration
This is a mobile role and a willingness to travel is essential
Willing to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check
Australian working rights
Proof of Covid-19 and current influenza vaccination
Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance
