You will be responsible for overseeing contract management, ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving value throughout the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities may include:Managing the full contract lifecycle, from negotiation and execution to compliance with legal, organisational, and industry standards.Reviewing and interpreting contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with project objectives and regulatory requirements.Leading contract negotiations with our client, vendors, suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to establish fair and beneficial agreements.Collaborating with legal, procurement, and technical teams to resolve contractual issues, negotiate changes, and finalise terms.Managing contract variations, claims, and disputes, ensuring timely resolution while safeguarding project interests.Assessing the impact of proposed changes on contract scope, schedule, cost, and risk, negotiating necessary adjustments as required.Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to contract performance, compliance, and execution, including financial, legal, and operational risks.Preparing reports, updates, and performance assessments on contractual activities for senior management decision-making.Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation, industry regulations, and best practices in contract management.Overseeing cost control, forecasting, and reporting to support financial and operational decision-making.Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
