What role will you play?As a Digital Experience Producer, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality digital experiences for our customers. You will collaborate with producers, UX researchers, and UI design experts to analyse quantitative data and measure the impact of various initiatives. Additionally, you will manage our team's agile processes, co-ordinate activities such as backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and assess and triage incoming work.
What you offer5+ years of experience in digital producing or digital production management, consulting, growth marketing, or website management/design/development.2+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).Experience co-ordinating agile ceremonies and planning team capacity using Jira software (SCRUM master).Ability to analyse quantitative data and use data visualisation tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to find insights.Strong attention to detail, effective deadline management, and the ability to understand new concepts quickly.Nice-to-have: foundational experience in SEO, UX/UI best practices, and conducting growth experiments.We love hearing from anyone inspired to build a better future with us, if you're excited about the role or working at Macquarie we encourage you to apply.
