About The Role
As a Data Analyst, you will help structure customer feedback, uncover insights, and surface key themes and opportunities for product improvement. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
o Organize and code customer feedback into clear, actionable themes.
o Produce regular insight reports highlighting key user trends.
o Flag urgent product issues raised in feedback.
o Manually review and triage user feedback into product categories.
o Identify patterns and opportunities to automate feedback coding.
o Collaborate with product teams to refine categorization and taxonomy.
o Conduct quality control of triaged feedback (bugs, feature requests, usability issues).
o Support improvements to feedback systems and processes.
Skills & Experience
o 3-4 years' experience as a Data Analyst.
o Experience working with large, web-based datasets.
o Familiarity with SQL, Elastic Search, or similar query tools.
o Strong analytical skills and ability to identify patterns.
o Comfortable working autonomously and collaboratively.
o Ability to interpret ambiguous or translated feedback with accuracy.
