A great opportunity for an experienced Learning and Development Officer to join for a short-term assignment until 30 June 2025 with potential extension.
About the role: Map content requirements for learning programs and build a coaching and mentoring program for Neurodivergent staff.Designing and developing learning solutions that support the Agency's curriculum.Using Articulate Storyline or other eLearning authoring tools to develop engaging learning resources.Analysing learning needs, producing creative and impactful learning experiences.Developing end to end learning experiences.Applying inclusive design principles supporting different learning styles and audience's needs.Overseeing projects from conception to completion.Developing strong stakeholder relationships, identifying business goals and learning needs.Utilising industry learning methodologies and adult learning theories to develop existing materials including tools, templates and process documents.About you: Previous Learning and Development experience, and ideally will have a passion for designing inclusive and engaging learning experiences.High-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong analytical skills to assess information and develop meaningful insights.Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in reporting and learning materials.A commitment to inclusive learning design, catering to diverse audiences and needs.Benefits: ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance).Temporary assignment until 30 June 2025.Full time hours Monday to Friday.Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Newcastle, Parramatta, Adelaide locations + hybrid working from home options.$60.26 per hour + Super.If you thrive in a dynamic environment and want to make a real impact in the social sector, we'd love to hear from you!
