We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Receptionists to join our team. The ideal candidates will be the first point of contact for our guests, offering a warm welcome and efficient service. Receptionists play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring guests have a pleasant and memorable stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage reservations and bookings
* Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the resort, amenities, and local attractions
* Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
* Coordinate with housekeeping staff and other contractors to ensure units are prepared for guests
* Assist in resolving any guest issues or complaints promptly and effectively
* Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
* Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
* Other related reception works to assist the manager
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a Front Office Receptionist within hotels or resorts is preferred
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; problem-solving skills
* Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
* Proficient in computers, OFFIC applications
* Knowledge of booking system, such as RESLY
* Proactive in all tasks, assist others without being asked
Job Types: Subcontract, Casual
Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 38 per week
