The Role & The Team
As a Project Engineer – Operation and Maintenance Readiness, you will be responsible for all aspects of the WSIA program needs in operation and maintenance readiness to ensure a smooth technical transition to BAU. The role will report to the Technical Transition Manager within the Engineering & Technical workstream and will be the lead in all technical transition and O&M related materials and artefacts. Key responsibilities include development of maintenance plans, work instructions, technical training material, logistic support requirements and plans, support configuration and manage engineering change, support V&V, commissioning and O&M readiness activities.
The Role will be reporting to the Technical Transition Manager within the Engineering & Technology Team of the portfolio.
This Role Will Include:
* Perform systems engineering tasks in accordance with the Airservices' Technology Management Framework (TMF) and other relevant processes, policies and guidelines.
* Develop maintenance and life-cycle logistic support plans.
* Develop work processes and instructions.
* Implement work processes within the CMMS (SAP, ServiceNow).
* Support integration and testing activities.

The Person
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
Essential:
* At least a tertiary engineering qualification that is accredited by Engineers Australia in the Professional Engineer Category.
* Experience in Maintenance Engineering, with at least 3 years experience in a leading position, and at least 3 of the following areas:
* ISO55001
* ISO15288
* RCM, FMECA, Maintenance Task Analysis, Maintenance optimisation process
* Use, Configure and implement CMMS (Such as SAP, ServiceNow, Maximo)
* Project Engineering – in design, construction, commissioning and technical readiness
* Managing engineering changes
Preferable:
* CPEng, NER, CAMA
* Held a previous Project Engineering position, within the Aviation, Rail, Oil & Gas, or Utilities industries.
