Based in Canning Vale, Western Australia, the Machine Operator will report into the Supervisor.
1. Ensure that the highest possible standards of safety and housekeeping are maintained within the site and the Area of work for the day.
2. Report all accidents, incidents, and safety issues to the Supervisor.
3. Adherence to all Visy safety Policy / requirements.
4. Ensure all Risk Assessments and Safe Work Procedures are up to date and related staff assisting on machine have sighted and signed accordingly.
5. Ensure all assisting staff are wearing the correct PPE for site and Machine requirements.
6. Maintaining effective discipline whilst operating machinery.
7. Ensure orders are produced as per the schedule and customer requirements.
8. Ensure that the required quantity and quality of product are manufactured and delivered to the customer in accordance with the factory order.
9. Discuss any maintenance or repairs that may have arisen during the day to Supervisor as soon as possible.
