We have an exciting opportunity to join the Finance Operations team as a Project Manager working on our efm App. The purpose of the role is to successfully manage a high-performing team who are responsible for the initiation and execution of various projects that produce a high return on investment, aligning with the most current business objectives. The role has a strong focus on delivering a 'no better experience' for stakeholders, continuous improvement, and optimising team and business performance.
As the Project Manager, you will:
Train, coach and mentor team members to drive effective communication, business outcomes, engagement and a high-performance culture. Performance management of self and team through clear and actionable performance metrics. Ensure timely execution of deliverables through high quality process and strong relationships. Maintain excellence through quality project management that aligns to efm's Quality Management System. Provide required analysis and reporting to Senior Leadership Team. Ensure robust systems and controls are in place, including maintaining documented process maps / procedure manuals of all processes and relevant training to the broader business. Ensure strong governance and compliance with legislation, regulations and best practice. Ensure continued adherence to Group practices and policies. Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including process, technology and best practice initiatives to ensure improved quality and efficiency of service to the business and stakeholders. We are looking for:
2+ years of experience in a team management role in a growing dynamic organisation. 2+ years of experience in Project Management and Analysis. Tertiary level education in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Commerce or similar. Adaptable to change and leading change. Proven track record in identifying and implementing business improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Ability and willingness to take a practical approach and undertake work at an operational level. Demonstrated strong system, data, and analytical skills to determine trends or areas requiring corrective action. Demonstrated capability in leading & managing team and a practical understanding of contemporary people management practices.
