About Our Client
A Global Not for Profit organisation based in Melbourne interested in environmental and climate action.
Job Description
Finance Operations:
o Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), including payments processing.
o Handle corporate card statements across various entities.
o Complete due diligence forms for financial transactions.
Payroll:
o Support multi-currency payroll with data entry and validation.
Accounting & Reporting:
o Assist with month-end reporting on a global scope.
o Process invoices, journals, and maintain the general ledger (GL) .
o Perform bank reconciliations .
o Support quarterly BAS lodgement and payroll tax compliance.
o Contribute to the budget process, sourcing data from the GL .
The Successful Applicant
o Tertiary qualified and working towards a CA/CPA .
o Experience in a global finance environment or is comfortable with time zone challenges.
o Proven flexibility and adaptability in career progression.
o Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
o Experience with MYOB is beneficial.
o Immediately available.
