About the Role
You will be responsible for working closely with the Marketing Manager to assist with the execution of marketing campaigns, with a key focus on owned social channels and instore signage. You will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the strategy across various social media channels.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Marketing campaigns & content:
5. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Lead to execute campaigns from the end-to-end
6. Assist with styling for shoots with product and props, ensuring brand requirements are met based on purpose of shoot and trends.
7. Assist with sourcing product samples and props for content shoots, if needed
8. Manage product samples, ensuring timely delivery and coordination for photoshoots and promotional activities.
9. Work with our brand partners to request & return samples
10. Assist onsite for shoots with styling and run of day
11. Contribute to all post campaign wrap up reports.
Social channel ownership:
12. Take end to end ownership of Glue Store’s primary social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok (and any other new social channels).
13. Planning all social content & calendars in line with Marketing Calendar
14. Assist in the development and management of social media marketing and influencer marketing strategy.
15. Work with Marketing Manager and Marketing Lead to build and execute the social strategy
16. Meet social media KPIs – developing and implementing channel-specific strategies to drive reach, engagement, followership, and brand loyalty.
17. Report on all key metrics and performance weekly/monthly/quarterly and provide insights and recommendations for all social channels.
18. Develop and create compelling, on-brand content for Glue store across multiple social media platforms. (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & any new emerging social media channels)
19. Be able to identify, create, edit and post still life and video content to ensure we are reactive and first to market across our social channels.
20. Where required collaborate & brief our graphic designer to produce visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content.
21. Stay abreast of the latest trends on TikTok/Instagram and incorporate relevant content into the overall social media strategy.
22. Leverage TikTok & Meta features and algorithms creatively to enhance brand visibility and resonate with the target audience.
Retail & Local Area Marketing:
23. Working with Marketing Manager and Marketing Lead to ensure all Marketing campaigns are executed across retail stores on time, alongside all other channels.
24. Liaise directly with stores to ensure all signage and POP relevant to marketing campaigns and key trade sale events are delivered and launched in line with the Marketing Calendar.
25. Managing all shopping center relationships, ensuring Glue is included in relevant center campaigns. Sharing all Glue campaigns with centers for sharing amplification.
26. Responsible for working with VM/Retail team to support them with completing signage allocations
27. Managing print timelines and logistics of collateral to stores across AU
28. Assist with event planning and execution for any marketing activations.
To be successful you will have the following skills & experience:
29. Demonstrated at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
30. Proven experience in social media marketing
31. Passionate about retail, social, local area marketing
32. Skilled in Microsoft Suites including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word.
33. Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from multiple stakeholders
