Your duties will include but are not limited to: Greeting customers and welcoming them to the Bowens store Making coffees for customer and employees to a high standard Keeping the coffee/café area clean and fully stocked Assist the retail team on the counter as needed To be considered for this role you must demonstrate: Prior experience as a Barista or making coffee A passion for customer service and be able to build great relationships Be fast and efficient whilst producing a quality cup of coffee/tea/hot chocolate A self-motivated approach Demonstrated ability to relate to people at all levels with a passion for understanding customer needs All applicants will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol testing.
