Jawoyn traditional land stretches across 50,000 square kilometres in the Northern Territory.Your new roleBased in Katherine, Northern Territory, we are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to the Executive Team. This role is responsible for providing confidential, efficient and effective administrative support primarily to the CEO, and Executive team where required. In addition, this role will have delegated administrative responsibilities that support the organisation.Some key tasks include:Maintain and monitor the calendars and itineraries of the Executive Team.Prepare and publish necessary reports, documents, and presentations required for meetings attended by CEO.Provide administrative support to the Executive team (CEO, Board of Directors and any other executives as requested by the CEO) as delegated by Executives.Coordinate and book company travel and accommodation as required for the Executive and Management teams.Prepare agenda and action plans for Management, Executive and Board Meetings, and conduct minutes at each meeting, ensuring that minutes are distributed to the management team promptly.
