We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work, ensuring our projects are handled with consistency and care.We are looking for a qualified individual with a background in the construction industry or similar to support the Director in managing the day-to-day administrative functions of the business. Responsibilities will include handling emails, preparing quotes and contracts, coordinating with clients and suppliers, liaising with the head of office administration, following up on leads and quote requests, data entry, bookkeeping, payroll, organizing project information, and tracking job progress. The ideal candidate will be dependable and capable of efficiently managing administrative tasks from the project managers while adhering to established systems and processes.We are looking for someone who can think independently, prioritise, take initiative, and proactively address challenges as they arise. Comprehensive training in all aspects of the role will be provided, making this position well-suited for a motivated and enthusiastic individual with prior administrative experience who is eager to expand their skill set in a cross-functional environment.Strong keyboard skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Xero, Tradify, and Dext. You Ideally Have:· Strong written and verbal English communication skills· Excellent attention to detail· Strong Computer Skills· Strong Excel and Word skills on Mac are a must· Proficient in Xero· Bookkeeping skillsPrevious experience with a construction company would be viewed favourably. Job Details:· This role is Monday to Friday – 8.30am – 3.30pm incl. half an hour for lunch (hours are flexible).· Our location offers street parking and is close to public transport.Salary: Starting at $31.00 - $36 per hour + super depending on skill and experience.
