We are currently seeking multiple qualified and experienced Security Officers to join our team at various Southside locations. As a Security Officer with Trident Services, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, client-focused security services while maintaining safety and security for our clients and the public.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Service: Deliver exceptional frontline customer service to ensure a safe and positive experience for clients and visitors.
* Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks, and take appropriate action to resolve security or safety concerns.
* Incident Reporting: Record and report incidents accurately and in a timely manner during your shifts.
* Medical & Security Response: Respond effectively to medical and security incidents, ensuring adherence to protocols and procedures.
* Emergency Response: Respond to emergency situations according to site-specific systems and processes.
* Professional Relationships: Develop strong working relationships with emergency services, clients, and team members.
* Conflict Resolution: Apply effective conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques when required.
Minimum Requirements:
* First Aid & CPR Certification: Current certificates are required.
* Security Licensing: Current security license and crowd control license (specific to your state of employment).
* Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear, concise, and effective interaction with clients, emergency services, and colleagues.
* Customer Service Experience: Previous customer service experience in a security or highly regulated environment is essential.
* Flexibility: Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster, ensuring availability for shifts at different times, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
* Personal Integrity & Grooming: High standards of personal integrity, grooming, and professionalism.
* Organized: Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
* Experience in Regulated Environments: Previous experience working in a security role within a regulated environment is preferred.
